The Rev. Dr. Christopher A. Richardson, PhD

Born and raised in Texas, Fr. Chris graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, and then served for two years as a missionary with the Navigators. Having a desire for further training, he attended Covenant Theological Seminary (St. Louis, MO), where he received his MDiv & ThM degrees; and he earned his PhD in Divinity, specifically New Testament, from the University of Aberdeen (Scotland). He is also a published author of a scholarly work, Pioneer and Perfecter of Faith: Jesus’ Faith as the Climax of Israel’s History in the Epistle to the Hebrews (Tübingen: Mohr Siebeck, 2012).

Fr. Chris was ordained in the Anglican Church in North America in 2011, and he has a passion for teaching and equipping God’s people for works of service. He has been married to his wife Robyn since 1999, and they have five amazing children.

In addition to the works of C.S. Lewis and movie nights with his family, he enjoys shooting and hunting, as well as good coffee in the company of good friends.
